Responsibility

  • administrative support to the Sales Director – including NLFs, Epos and promotional forms
  • implement internal tracking of invoices for retro triggers/administration such as promotional advice forms
  • have full ownership of the promotional calendar and liaise with the Sales Director on this
  • vital-Life are a health and wellbeing brand based in Lancashire
  • we manufacture the brand new to the market Paw Patrol™ Juice Drinks and Flavoured waters for children
  • processing orders
  • liaising with the warehouse on a daily basis to ensure we adhere to delivery instructions for customers
  • ensuring any ASN are produced and given to the warehouse

Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years logistics/planning experience
  • retailer link software – mandatory
  • attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • time keeping and organisation skills
  • problem-solving abilities
  • production Scheduling: 3 years
