managing the front desk function including some general administrative tasks
promoting events within the building and any Vita Living strategies
monitoring the check in report to set up new residents moving in the following day on the door entry system
preparing inventories for new move in’s
reporting and actioning any maintenance issues identified within the building/apartments
providing a comprehensive handover when another team member is commencing their shift
maintaining a professional yet friendly relationship with residents on site

the ideal candidate will
be service focused and have a passion for delivering the best customer experience
have a strong ability to communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders alike

preferably have previous experience in hospitality or customer service
