Responsibility
- providing exceptional customer service to residents and guest
- managing any customer queries and escalating where necessary
- checking and maintaining health and safety compliance within the building
- maintaining the cleanliness standards within the building
- managing the front desk function including some general administrative tasks
- promoting events within the building and any Vita Living strategies
- monitoring the check in report to set up new residents moving in the following day on the door entry system
- preparing inventories for new move in’s
Requirements
- the ideal candidate will
- be service focused and have a passion for delivering the best customer experience
- have a strong ability to communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders alike
- possess excellent personal time management and prioritisation skills
- be self-motivated and able to work on initiative
- preferably have previous experience in hospitality or customer service
- be well presented
