Responsibility
- provide exceptional person-centered care to support Service Users in achieving independence and social inclusion
- lead the day-to-day operations of the supported living service, ensuring a harmonious environment for Service Users and staff
- manage and nurture a diverse team, fostering a positive and empowering work culture
- maintain compliance with CQC regulations, company policies, and best practices to ensure a safe and supportive setting
- collaborate with stakeholders including CQC, families, contracts, and charities to elevate the quality of care
- regularly assess and enhance policies, procedures, and service delivery to maintain high standards
- join us in making a positive impact on the lives of our Service Users
- oversee administrative tasks, records, risks, safeguarding, and other operational aspects
Requirements
- proven experience in managing services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, challenging behaviors, and mental health needs
- in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving good/outstanding ratings
- expertise in implementing policies and procedures to uphold high care standards
- minimum NVQ Level 5 - Leadership & Management or Level 4 - Health and Social Care
- at least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager for LD or similar needs
- proficient in managing a diverse team, promoting a positive work culture
- comfortable with independent work
- IT proficiency and experience transitioning to electronic records
