Responsibility
- to attend all meetings, including participating in supervision and appraisals
- to lead and direct a team in developing and delivery a person centred service
- embed a quality assurance at a service level
- assist in the company of staff rotas and ensure that adequate cover is available at all times
- write, implement, review and evaluate care plans on a regular basis
- ensure that all your written/typed reports and records are maintained to a high standard
- to undertake on call duties when required
- to develop staff skills and knowledge in delivering high quality services that are designed and delivered to meet the needs of the service user
