maintenance manager
Responsibility
- maximise the dispatchability and availability of aircraft maintained
- always present a professional and respectful attitude and approach to VistaJet employees and customers
- carry out aircraft maintenance in accordance with approved data and up to date maintenance instructions in a safe and professional manner
- collaborate closely with Part 145 management team to ensure maintenance expectations are managed and delivered across boundaries
- work closely with Part 145 management team to assist in the development and implementation of company maintenance strategy
- ensure compliance with Part 145 Safety and Maintenance procedures at all times, challenging any unsafe acts and pursue improvements in safety culture and behaviour at the Line Stations within scope of management
- oversight of the Part 145 Line Maintenance Bonded Stores and Tool inventory within Line Stations in scope of management
- any other reasonable request from management in line with the Line Maintenance Manager role
Requirements
- minimum of 5 years’ experience as ‘Line Maintenance’ orientated Aircraft Engineer
- holds a minimum of an EASA B1 license, but preferably holding an EASA B1 & B2 license
- previous man management experience in an aviation or production environment

- must have a full, clean UK driving license
- an unrivaled global fleet of light, super mid-size, long-range and ultra-long-range aircraft
- must hold a passport and be willing to travel
