- assist in the training of apprentices or less experienced workers as needed
Requirements
- proven experience as an Ironworker or in a similar role within the construction industry
- proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
- strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety practices
- ability to work at heights and perform physically demanding tasks
- excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- valid certification in relevant safety training is preferred but not mandatory
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques within the trade
