- manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of our clients, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards
- liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure that all maintenance issues are resolved promptly
- conduct regular property inspections and prepare reports on the condition of the properties
- negotiate lease renewals, rent reviews, and other contractual agreements on behalf of our clients
- ensure that all health and safety requirements are met at our properties
- prepare annual budgets and ensure that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all property-related transactions
- provide exceptional customer service to our clients and tenants
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in property management, real estate, or a related field
- excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- proven experience in property management
