Responsibility
- schedule water hygiene visits, surveys, sampling, and monitoring for field engineers
- maintain and update compliance records in accordance with current legislation
- produce and issue reports following site visits
- liaise with clients regarding service schedules, access arrangements, and report delivery
- process laboratory results and ensure appropriate escalation of non-compliant findings
- support the preparation of client documentation such as logbooks and certificates
- assist in the preparation of monthly compliance reports and audits
- ensure all administrative tasks are carried out in line with internal quality systems
Requirements
- experience in an administrative role
- familiarity with compliance software or CRM systems is an advantage
- excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- understanding of water hygiene regulations
