  • 100% of our work is done within Xero, so we’ll expect you to have some knowledge. If this hasn’t been our main accounting software, we are happy to train
  • finally, you’ll have the ambition to be more than just a number cruncher, we work like an internal team with our clients, so the ability to advise is as important as your ability to build reports
