Responsibility

  • 1.Specific Responsibilities of the Role
  • prepare payroll each month from staff timesheets and organise BACS transfers
  • 1.1.Maintain a complete and systematic set of records for business transactions
  • 1.2.Reconciliation of bank accounts, including foreign currencies
  • submit quarterly VAT return to HMRC

  • 1.3.Weekly payment of staff expenses
  • post purchase and sales invoices onto Sage 200 and maintain a complete and systematic set of records for business transactions

Requirements

  • good working knowledge of Sage 200 accounting software is preferable
  • experience in Book-keeping
  • experience of processing payroll, ideally for 50+ employees
