- 1.Specific Responsibilities of the Role
- prepare payroll each month from staff timesheets and organise BACS transfers
- 1.1.Maintain a complete and systematic set of records for business transactions
- 1.2.Reconciliation of bank accounts, including foreign currencies
- submit quarterly VAT return to HMRC

- 1.3.Weekly payment of staff expenses
- post purchase and sales invoices onto Sage 200 and maintain a complete and systematic set of records for business transactions
Requirements
- good working knowledge of Sage 200 accounting software is preferable
- experience in Book-keeping
- experience of processing payroll, ideally for 50+ employees
