Responsibility

  • respond to and follow up sales enquiries
  • preparing quotations for jewellery designs, from bespoke one-offs through to full collections
  • oversee all production tasks including managing workshop schedules and client deadlines, sourcing stones, quality control and problem solving
  • be able to translate a written description or sketch into a final product
  • working closely with CAD technicians to realise customers designs
  • collaborate with crafts team to ensure that designs are suitable for production
  • manage multiple tasks and prioritise to meet customer deadlines
  • ensure that products are created successfully within time frames

Requirements

  • knowledge about jewellery would be preferable
  • able to work as part of a small office team
  • effective time management and the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining a high attention to detail
  • ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
  • project management: 1 year
