VIOSEC SYSTEMS is looking for employees for positions:

internal sales executive

Working hours

  • full-time

Responsibility

  • servicing account customers
  • collating new prospects to convert to account customers
  • using our inventory management software to produce and send quotations
  • research potential leads and follow up on leads provided
  • working closely with marketing department to produce marketing deals and offers on products and utilising these materials
  • follow-ups with customers utilising our CRM email templates and phone calls to support the organisation and infrastructure of Viosec Systems with associated tasks e.g. helping customers when they come for collection
  • the core duty of this internal telesales position is to service existing clients found on our CRM system and to find potential new clients. It would be an expectation to distribute time between these 2 main criteria

Requirements

  • for this position, our busy organisation is seeking a highly organised, hardworking and self-motivated individual
  • ability to maintain customer relationships and build rapport
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • able to follow order procedures that are in place
  • you must be an exceptional listener with excellent time management, and verbal communication and be able to gain information to add to the CRM, as well as meet and greet the customers, to get the best results you will have to be a competitive individual, but also be a team player to help the company grow
  • we welcome fresh, new ideas within the team to help us identify ways we can be more effective and efficient, which require good problem-solving skills and a high level of integrity to bring to a thriving team
