- we are based at the historic Jowler Mill in the heart of the industrial South Pennines
- vintage Sofa uses premium velvets, leather hides and Harris Tweed in our unique range of sofas, armchairs, and footstools
- our showroom is situated between Hebden Bridge, Haworth, and Halifax in the steep sided Luddenden Valley

- as a Customer Service Representative, you will absolutely represent our brand and vision delivering fantastic, friendly customer service
- the role also includes route planning and delivery loads, working alongside the warehouse team

Requirements
- customer Services experience
- enjoy working in a team environment
- organised and able to multitask, and an efficient notetaker
- confidently and efficiently handle customer queries over the phone and via email whilst providing the highest level of customer service
- supporting customers with any aftersales, being patient, empathetic and passionately communicative with all customers
- problem solving and initiative skills
- manage customer complaints, not be flustered, and have initiative to resolve
- must have the ability to deal with difficult customers whenever necessary
