VILTRA is looking for employees for positions:
manufacturing manager
Responsibility
- to act as design authority for all Viltra products and bespoke solutions projects
- to provide the day to day management of the Viltra design team
- to lead the development and implementation of new technologies into the Viltra product and capability portfolio
- reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead the engineering design team by example, and strategically and tactically lead the manufacturing operation to ensure the safe, efficient and timely execution of all activities, meeting customer expectations and all legal obligations
- to lead the enhancement of Viltra manufacturing processes in accordance with strategic objectives to improve efficiency and capacity
- to ensure all products and bespoke customer projects meet all relevant compliance and statutory regulations
- to lead the development of design solutions for bespoke client projects, including the production of relevant design, manufacturing and product/project documentation
- to actively contribute to the Viltra continuous improvement activities in the design and manufacturing teams
