Responsibility

  • you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your team or department as a shop supervisor

  • your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: maintaining the store's daily and weekly status reports, which include information on sales, customer service, stock levels, and merchandising; holding meetings with the Store Manager on a daily and weekly basis to discuss events, activities, and schedules; managing the day-to-day operations of the shop, including opening and closing procedures, staffing for the sales floor, supervision of employees, and merchandising; helping the Store Manager with the recruitment and instructions; promoting and supporting the achievement of sales and customer service; ensuring a smooth flow, order, and cleanliness throughout the store; maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to all of the company's rules and standards, possessing exceptional talents in oral and written communication, as well as interpersonal and people skills; capable of dealing with pressure; training other staff members; overseeing company accounts; putting into action preventative steps to reduce the risk of goods loss, theft, and damage; and preserving records of expenditures, sales numbers, and the performance of staff members
