- significant experience in programme management, preferably in the HIV and/or sexual and reproductive health and rights sector
- experience of designing and managing the monitoring and evaluation of programmes
- experience of managing and leading projects across multiple countries
- strong understanding of HIV prevention, treatment, and care, and the challenges faced by people living with and affected by HIV
- experience of designing and running online and in person workshops/events with participants from multiple countries
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges
- familiarity with ethical and regulatory frameworks for programme implementation
- fluency in English
