  • sales order processing, purchase order processing, invoicing, dealing with freight-forwarding , liaising with customers and suppliers, dealing with contractors/maintenance providers, general office management and incoming telephone calls and e-mails
  • the ideal candidate will have experience with all of the above and be extremely IT proficient with experience using accounting/CRM software as well as outstanding communication skills
