VICTORIA WALL ASSOCIATES is looking for employees for positions:

finance officer

Responsibility

  • liaising with Budget holders to get approvals for the invoice payment requests
  • sending project income and expenditure reports to the Budget holders as required
  • uploading CAF vouchers on CAF Donate web portal
  • setting up online payments on the weekly basis
  • producing monthly detailed fundraising report for the Fundraising Team
  • assist with month reconciliations and financial reporting accurately and in a timely manner
  • assist Finance Manager with setting up annual budgets
  • maintaining filing system for documents, including Gift Aid declarations

Requirements

  • prior experience working in a finance department
  • charity sector experience is ideal
  • experience in financial administration
  • excellent organisational skills with a methodical approach, accuracy, and close attention to detail
  • approachable, and team-orientated working style
