Responsibility
- you should have at least 1 years’ housekeeping supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel
- be a team player & team leader
- be friendly, professional and customer focused
- situated in the Snowdonia National Park, adventure capital of north Wales, Royal Victoria Hotel is a 104-bedroom hotel with busy bars, restaurants, banqueting and events facilities
- A good knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH is essential
- as Housekeeping Supervisor you will support the Head Housekeeper and Deputy Housekeeper by organising daily work schedules, preparing, cleaning and checking rooms, liaising with other teams in the hotel and also suppliers
- you will ensure guests are impressed with the levels of cleanliness in their rooms and in the hotel and you will ensure our high standards are met
- you must be self motivated and organised, have a high level of attention to detail, enjoy working in a busy enviroment and work well under pressure
