Responsibility
- supervise, manage, and coordinate a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and shift scheduling
- implement and monitor security policies and procedures to meet company and client objectives
- ensure security measures are effectively maintained, addressing any potential risks or issues proactively
- maintain strong communication with clients, understanding their specific security needs and ensuring contract requirements are met
- conduct regular inspections of security operations, and provide detailed reports on performance, key metrics, and recommendations for improvement
- handle any incidents or emergencies efficiently, ensuring the safety and security of personnel and property
- be available on-call 24/7 to address urgent operational matters
Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in security management, preferably in a security company
- strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and industry standards
- proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team
- excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
- familiarity with security management software and tools
- SIA Licence and other relevant certifications such as HSE qualifications are highly desirable
- flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
