Responsibility
providing clear communication between the fabrication department and all other associated departments
liaising with each staff member first thing, each morning to check progress, identify shortages and set objectives
carry out welding and fabrication when required
set work in order of priority and be adaptable to change when required
manage staff sickness, lateness, absences, and holidays appropriately as to the staff handbook and individuals’ contract of employment
ensuring all work is completed to a high standard - following company procedures and ISO9001 quality standards whilst meeting strict deadlines
ensure all staff adhere to the Health and Safety rules and regulations at all times
attend the daily production meetings fully prepared and contribute effectively in order ot ensure jobs are complete in full and on time
