- to source appropriate finance options from a dedicated panel of lenders using best practice
- undertake the key research requirements into complex cases to ensure correct lender appointment from the outset
- to pass our own Networks standards to achieve CAS Status
- to meet with lenders on a regular basis to build relationships & stay up to date with criteria changes
- to proactively assist our clients and partner introducers to answer any queries they may have
- to review and check incoming application documentation
- to undertake initial advisor calls with potential clients to fact-find, recording the outcome of those conversations on our in house CRM systems
- to update internal spreadsheets/documentation with the required information accurately
