- provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring the wellbeing of patrons and staff
- enforce venue rules and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanour
- collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary, reporting incidents promptly
- maintain accurate records of incidents and daily activities for reporting purposes
Requirements
- previous experience in a security role or as a Door Supervisor is preferred
- familiarity with surveillance systems, including CCTV operation
- knowledge of loss prevention techniques and first aid certification is advantageous
- strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patrons and team members
