- about The Role
- we’re on a quest to find an exceptional and innovative Deputy General Manager to join our busy operations team
- you will be looking after our beautiful property, The Collective Canary Wharf
- every day is different
- recruitment, induction, and ongoing training of the team, supporting multi-skilling in the key service areas to provide the best member experience
- oversee and support with the running of front office / hub, community, housekeeping, maintenance, administration, health and safety
- you will work with the team to develop and implement the operations strategy, The Collective brand initiatives, and service
- you will report directly to the General Manager
Requirements
- working knowledge of H&S and employment law is a must
- no formal qualifications are essential, but you must be able to demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning
- proven history of delivering exceptional customer service
- track record of developing, managing and executing processes and procedures
- previous senior hotel management experience of at least 5 years in a fast-paced environment is essential to deliver this role
