Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient workplace
- maintain office records and documentation, both physical and electronic
- to co – ordinate with all the stakeholders to ensure smooth running of business
- to prepare staff files and maintain staff records
- manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations
- to ensure compliance with company policies and address any concerns promptly
- to response and deal with customer complaints
- entry will usually require GCSE/s grades but, if possible, with other academic qualifications and/or relevant experience is also acceptable. However previous experience of similar work is preferred
