  • processing and managing invoices accurately
  • raising sales/purchase orders to help maintain the flow of transactions and accurate records
  • liaising with customers and suppliers, using great communication skills for addressing any invoices etc
  • credit Control
  • supplier payments
  • daily/Weekly/Monthly Bank Recs on Xero
  • submission of VAT to HMRC
  • ad-hoc duties as need arises

Requirements

  • previous experience working within a fast-paced environment
  • an understanding of finance systems
  • effective communication skills
  • experience working within a finance role for at least 2years
