- to manage account permissions and provide basic training to end users in how to use the CAFM systems
- to liaise with the end users, internal technical staff and external vendors on any CAFM queries
- generate reports and create ad-hoc reports as required
- creation and administration of new and existing workflows within the CAFM system
- to monitor and ensure consistency in usage of CAFM systems across the business
- to consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service
