Responsibility

  • A national recruiter with over 20 years experience in professional sector recruitment solutions
  • the opportunity will see you join an established Legal Team who focuses on providing locum legal practitioners to thier client network
  • generating business leads through calls, video calls, email and networking events
  • you will work closely with your colleagues to both source leads and fill vacancies identified from a client base that will be aware of your professional services offered
  • you will develop relations with legal professional client contacts ie legal firms and solicitors practices and source candidates to successfully fill vacancy requirements in a fast moving market sector
  • prior experience of the legal sector is not a requirement and suitable training will be provided, you just need to bring recruitment resourcing and/or recruitment consultant experience to the table and, be confident of working with a professional industry sector and its people
  • key responsibilities of the role would show
  • theirthatof marketplace Recruitment Consultant - Legal Division - Locum Professionals - Birmingham offices/hybrid 1 day pw after probation - start salary to 27k DOE + commission + individual & team bonus + career development plan with staged salary increments, OTE excellent!! - ideal for an experienced resourcer on next step or consultant after that professional market place experience
