Responsibility

  • manage the brand marketing budget and ensure that activities are delivered on-time and within budget
  • we have an exciting opportunity for a creative and passionate Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team and drive the strategic direction and innovation to make a difference in Women’s Intimate Health
  • reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will pro-actively manage a brand portfolio, the consumer communication and develop new products to optimise the range mix and maximize sales and profitability
  • develop marketing strategies for the brand and pro-actively identify & champion NPD/EPD opportunities within the market to maximise sales and profitability to gain market share
  • act as the ‘product champion’ for assigned brands and master brand messaging, positioning and the development and coordination of assets & materials for products and activations/campaigns
  • lead the development and execution of the annual brand activation calendar, including NPD launch plans; aligning it to key business priorities
  • be the key Marketing contact for sales support, acting as the voice of the consumer internally ensuring all activities helps to build business credibility and meet or exceed targets
  • work closely with sales to help deliver new listing, through category insights and be the voice of the brand for the sales teams

Requirements

  • demonstrable experience in brand marketing, with proven product management experience
  • educated to minimum bachelor’s degree level in a business-related subject or relevant experience
  • experience of working with and managing websites through CMS and digital marketing campaigns
  • strong blend of business acumen, commercially focused and data-driven with a creative flair
  • broad knowledge of social platforms
  • strategic thinker, ability to use data to influence, challenge and turn insighted into actions
  • brand strategy and campaign planning: 4 years
  • an understanding of brand P&L to drive brand growth and profit
