Responsibility
- you will be the first point of contact for all inbound Customer Service enquiries and directing queries to relevant individuals where appropriate
- our mission is to ensure that all callers receive the highest quality customer service, ensuring that calls are handled appropriately and when needed transferred through to the relevant teams/departments
- appropriately managing caller expectations when/if specific people are not available to take a call
- following up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with our service
- preparing our sales team by transferring well qualified enquiries
Requirements
- are you bright, enthusiastic, and great at building a rapport with people on the phone?
- our Customer Contact Centre is the heart of the business. It fields and qualifies inbound enquiries on our luxury vehicles, we answer a range of calls which come into all areas of the business including Customer Service and Service enquiries
