Requirements
experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and account management, specifically within the health and beauty industry
industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the health and beauty market, including key players, trends, and consumer behaviour
account Management: Proven track record of successfully winning, managing and growing key accounts within the B2B space
sales Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach
communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
flexibility: Comfortable working in a fractional/part-time role, with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
Responsibility
account Acquisition: From a targeted list, approach, and secure new B2B distribution with top-tier health and beauty retailers
account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to inform strategic decisions and optimise sales opportunities
reporting: Provide regular updates on account performance, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management
collaboration: Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of B2B strategies, from product development to promotions and customer support
