- A proven track record in residential home management as a manager or deputy manager

- london E4 9QR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
Responsibility
- ensure care staff provide assistance to the service user group in a timely manner
- ensure service users nutritional needs are assessed and recorded
- ensure care staff have regular supervisions
- assist in the recruitment procedure , in conjunction with our Human Resource Management team , and be responsible for mentoring new care staff
- complete relevant safety checks
- ensure your care staff develop positive caring relationships with service users
