- reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the visiting supervision role, and reporting, of a wide range of flooring projects covering the central belt With a direct operation of over 40 operatives, you will be capable of Operationally Managing multiple contracts ranging from £5k – £500K and upwards
- project cost tracking
Requirements
- reliable, dependable and proactive approach at all times
- CSCS Card
- SMSTS training
- full UK Driving Licence
- excellent communication skills
- flooring: 4 years
- site Supervisor: 1 year
