Requirements

  • proven experience as a Workshop Manager or a similar role within the automotive, engineering, or manufacturing industry
  • strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • excellent organisational and time management abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • in-depth knowledge of workshop operations, including repairs, maintenance, and equipment utilisation
  • proficiency in using workshop management software and other relevant computer applications
  • we are looking to recruit a full time Workshop Manager who will be based in Tattenhall
