  • experience within the Motor Insurance claims or accident management industry
  • have a sound understanding of the claims process from start to finish and experience of Credit/fleet hire
  • strong and confident telephone manner, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • be enthusiastic and self motivated, be able to think out of the box
  • A good geographical knowledge is a must
