Responsibility
- to assist in sending out the monthly schedules via email to the auditors in a timely manner
- to respond immediately to high priority client audit requests
- to work with the field team to obtain proposed audit dates
- to liaise with clients regarding the audit schedule and any issues that arise during the month
- to ensure that the Clients audit schedules are completed within the KPI
- to monitor any overdue audits and to ensure they are completed within a timely manner as per the funders requirements
- to accurately produce and maintain schedules and records for the completion of audits using the SMART system in conjunction with the audit schedule
