Responsibility
- to assist in projects ensuring timelines and deliverables
- technical liaison between factories and customers
- design spec for project work
- to assist in all R & D involved in any new projects
- to provide written briefs
- make site visits to monitor projects as required
- to provide both in-house and external technical training as required
- to complete customer hand over with driver instructions
Requirements
- knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems
- experience in automotive aftermarket installations, for example, car audio, reversing cameras, vehicle CCTV, tracking etc
- exemplary customer service standards
- good knowledge of MS office
- excellent communication skills
- strong attention to detail
- strive to achieve high standards and take pride in any work undertaken
- excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines
