  • to provide written briefs
  • make site visits to monitor projects as required
  • to provide both in-house and external technical training as required
  • to complete customer hand over with driver instructions

Requirements

  • knowledge and understanding of automotive electrical systems
  • experience in automotive aftermarket installations, for example, car audio, reversing cameras, vehicle CCTV, tracking etc
  • exemplary customer service standards
  • good knowledge of MS office
