Responsibility

  • role: Experienced IT Field & Hybrid Service Engineer
  • undertake other duties as required by the Management Team
  • providing a first point of contact for customers through our helpdesk, be it via phone email or ticket
  • client Documentation is well maintained
  • tickets are competently updated and completed with customer notifications

Requirements

  • experience of Datto BCDR & related Security products
  • experience of using Connectwise/Datto PSA and RMM
  • experience using of Microsoft Azure
  • experience of using Acronis Backup Technology
  • technical support: 5 years
  • customer service: 3 years
