- tickets are competently updated and completed with customer notifications
Requirements
- experience of Datto BCDR & related Security products
- experience of using Connectwise/Datto PSA and RMM
- experience using of Microsoft Azure
- experience of using Acronis Backup Technology
- technical support: 5 years
- customer service: 3 years
