Responsibility
- team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, ensuring they are well-coordinated, motivated, and adhere to safety protocols
- management: Plan and manage landscaping projects, including the allocation of tasks, resources, and equipment
- soft Landscaping: Oversee activities such as planting, turfing, mulching, and maintenance to create aesthetically pleasing and sustainable landscapes
- quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards by inspecting work and material quality regularly and ensuring it meets client specifications and industry standards
- equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all vehicles, equipment and machinery are in good working condition and report any maintenance needs promptly
- documentation: Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily worksheets, safety check sheets, vehicle and machinery check sheets and materials used
- overtime and Weekend Work: Be flexible with working hours, as overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines
