Responsibility

  • oversee the day to day operations
  • processing staff wages on xero
  • use our management systems which are xero & fieldmotion for invoicing, quotes and job planning
  • oversee all outstanding debts to ensure payments are being made on time
  • send invoices when required
  • dealing with phone calls where required
  • assist the office staff to schedule appointments, meetings, and jobs
  • ensure efficient filing and record-keeping systems are in place for all customers

Requirements

  • previous experience as an office manager
  • previous experience of sending invoices and managing an accounting software
  • good leadership abilities
  • ability to work in a busy office enviroment
  • experience in the fire and security or construction industry
