VAULT SYSTEMS is looking for employees for positions:
- fire and security: 4 years
- oversee the day to day operations
- processing staff wages on xero
- use our management systems which are xero & fieldmotion for invoicing, quotes and job planning
- oversee all outstanding debts to ensure payments are being made on time
- send invoices when required
- dealing with phone calls where required
- assist the office staff to schedule appointments, meetings, and jobs
- ensure efficient filing and record-keeping systems are in place for all customers
- previous experience as an office manager
- previous experience of sending invoices and managing an accounting software
- good leadership abilities
- ability to work in a busy office enviroment
- experience in the fire and security or construction industry
