Responsibility

  • architectural Technician
  • conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
  • assist in the coordination of project activities with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders
  • assist in the preparation of detailed drawings, models, and specifications

Requirements

  • HNC or Bachelor's degree in architectural technology or a related field desirable
  • proficiency in computer-aided design software, including Revit
  • strong knowledge of architectural principles and building codes
  • excellent attention to detail and accuracy in design work
  • ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members
  • strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus
  • experience with graphic design software is a plus
