menu planning with head chef, cost control, wastage and follow health and hygiene requirement as per company standard
prepare South Indian food on a daily basis as per the menu
manage day to day food administration and deliver food to company standard and specification which includes manage kitchen staffs, duty schedule, monitor & control stock levels to ensure no shortfall, promote new South Indian dishes and mentor Junior Chefs

Responsibility
inform management of all issues, changes to the menu and any health & safety hazards within the kitchen
ensure the proper storage of food meets statutory legislation
