Responsibility

  • manage and oversee the Letter of Authority process for our organization, including obtaining, tracking, and maintaining LOAs from clients
  • liaise with clients, insurance companies, and relevant parties to request and collect necessary documentation for LOA applications
  • review and verify LOA requests for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines
  • maintain an organized database of LOAs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are kept for each client
  • at Vantage Wealth Management, a growing financial advice company that prides itself on making advice more accessible to the UK, we are looking for an individual to join our dedicated team on a part-time basis, working three days per week, with flexible working hours that suit you
  • collaborate with internal teams to obtain additional information and resolve any issues related to LOAs
  • we are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organisation skills, looking to enter or broaden their skills in the dynamic, fast paced world of finance
  • keep abreast of industry regulations and changes in LOA requirements to ensure compliance in all LOA-related activities

Education

  • secondary Education Qualification or above
  • additional certifications or training in administration, insurance, or related fields are a plus

Requirements

  • proven experience in an administrative or telephone-based role, preferably in a regulated industry such as insurance, finance, or healthcare
  • excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all LOA related documentation and processes
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
  • ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and GDPR guidelines
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving mindset
