Responsibility
- manage payment to contractor and other service provider within the payment terms
- monitor overall project budget , prepare variance analysis and manage the contingency sum
- maintain project financial model and run any required scenario or sensitivity analysis for decision-making
- ensure timely disbursement of financing facility to reduce any negative carry
- ensure compliance to financing facility covenants
- maintain all related bank account and prepare monthly bank reconciliation
- vantage RE Ltd is rapidly expanding its core team and we are looking for a Finance Manager - Financial Analysis and Control to join and contribute towards a key project that is part of Vantage’s strategy of growing its renewable energy portfolio
- ensure maintenance of project financial management system, including WBS structure
Requirements
- bachelor degree in accounting/finance
- experience within solar sector and, ideally, previous experience of solar project construction
- familiarity with financial management system, accounting standards and financial modelling
- experience working in a global company desirable
- excellent attention to detail when checking information with an ability to recognise and question anomalies
- accurate data input essential
- set high standards of performance for yourself and the broader finance team
- A strong team player with the confidence to exercise judgement appropriately, engaging with colleagues at all levels of seniority, external partners, and suppliers
