Responsibility

  • develop the commercial strategy for Snoop’s data assets , comprised of the anonymised, row-level transaction data that powers the Snoop platform
  • lead the sales effort finding clients to purchase Snoop’s data and insights and building a healthy pipeline of prospective targets
  • establish a blueprint to support new data product launches using the Snoop data
  • develop the pricing strategy for Snoop’s data and insights offerings
  • location: London/Petersfield/ Bradford/Chatham
  • negotiate legal and commercial terms with new and existing data clients and partners to ensure strong value for Snoop
  • manage the client relationships, including issue resolution, invoicing, and contract amendments
  • deliver a great customer experience for all of Snoop’s data partners and clients

Requirements

  • strong commercial acumen backed up by considerable business development experience
  • proven experience in driving sales, ideally of market research, insights, or trend data
  • demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organisation
  • excellent quantitative and analytical skills, being comfortable with understanding data and analysing trends
  • excellent project management, organisation, and critical thinking skills
  • experience of working with contracts and negotiating legal terms
  • degree, equivalent professional qualifications, or relevant work experience in areas of sales, business administration and strategy
  • previous experience of working with Data products or software services is advantageous but not essential
