maintain COSHH and Operational procedures folders
checking supplier’s statements monthly against our system to ensure all have been received
creating COSHH certificates for customers once training has been completed
checking month end goods received notes unbilled, ensure all invoices have been received
filing documents and invoices, scanning and shredding
twice monthly statement runs from our systems
opening and distributing the post
scan invoices and email to relevant customers
warehouse worker
