Responsibility

  • A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail leader to join our store as a Retail Manager
  • the post holder will provide leadership, setting an exceptional standard for the store and inspiring the team to achieve it

  • recruitment /induction and training/development of employees in line with the company’s training requirements
  • creating and managing the staff schedule
  • checking in deliveries, order matching and daily banking
  • prepare required paperwork concerning stock and sales. Prepare employee pay and timesheets
  • manage cash balances and minimise wastage

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent

Requirements

  • the ideal candidate should have a graduation degree with significant experience or A level with 3-4 years of experience, preferably in the relevant sector
  • the post holder shall have the ability to network, recruit, train, develop and assess talent, and have strong verbal and written communication skills
