  • as a Technical Draughtsperson/Author at Valves Online Limited you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and visually appealing dimensional outline drawings, compiling precise tables, and crafting comprehensive product descriptions
  • your work will be instrumental in producing data sheets for our catalogues, enabling our clients to make informed decisions about our products
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to gather manufacturers' information and specifications
  • stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve the quality of technical documentation

Requirements

  • qualification in engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • proficiency in using drawing software, such as Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, or similar tools
  • strong attention to detail and a keen eye for accuracy in technical drawings and documentation
  • excellent written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear and understandable language
  • general engineering knowledge and familiarity with various engineering disciplines
  • previous experience in technical drafting, technical writing, or a related role is a plus
  • ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
