Requirements
- minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry, preferably in property lettings
- commercial awareness
- proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales and occupancy targets
- strong influencing and negotiation skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- ability to understand commercial and financial metrics
- in-depth knowledge of local rental market regulations and legislation
- internal and external customer management
