internal sales representative

Working hours

  • full-time | Part-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • ability to maintain enthusiasm, drive, motivation, positivity and caring helpful attitude demonstrating confidence in our product and company to our clients
  • relentless, ruthless, forensic follow-up of all sales opportunities
  • manage the prospect database keeping your area upto date with contact names etc
  • meet and exceed agreed personal daily, weekly, monthly GP, new customer and activity goals
  • identify and prospect potential customers through a combination of cold calling, email, and other lead generation methods
  • proactively organise your day, making the most of prime selling time and reducing distractions, happy to be on the phone making lots of phone calls
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to nurture leads and convert and keep them as customers
  • fill in regular reports on key performance indicators, such as calls, GP achieved etc

Requirements

  • proven experience in a prospecting sales role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • strong ability to identify and generate leads through proactive prospecting techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships both verbally and written
  • A self-driven person with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • excellent organisational skills
  • strong analytical skills to evaluate and identify opportunities, and optimize customer acquisition strategies, and close deals
  • proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate through challenges
  • familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to streamline prospecting activities
